We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

Required: To process a damage claim, please provide a clear photo or a short unboxing video of the damaged item.

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, certain types of items cannot be returned:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Note: As a dropshipping-model store, customers may be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
