We offer All-India Express Shipping. We ship to thousands of pincodes across India, including metros, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities. If our courier partners do not service your specific location, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your unique tracking ID.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
As a dropshipping-model store, we source our high-quality products directly from specialized suppliers to keep costs low for you.

Rest of India: 8–12 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

Express Shipping: Any applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is created.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Pure Cart is responsible for your order until it reaches your doorstep.

7. Undelivered Packages
Please ensure your Shipping Address and Phone Number are 100% accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.
